Hello, I’m Stephen Pett, a professional estate planner with over 25 years’ experience helping people across England and Wales plan ahead with confidence and peace of mind. I specialise in Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) – making sure individuals, couples and businesses are properly protected should life take an unexpected turn.
For many years, I ran a much larger estate planning business, serving thousands of clients nationwide. But I eventually sold it to focus on what I value most: providing personal, one-to-one advice without the pressure or distraction of managing a large firm. I now work independently, offering a professional but approachable service tailored to your needs.

My role is to make the process of setting up LPAs clear, stress-free and properly done. I’ll explain your options, help you make the right choices, and ensure everything is registered correctly, so your affairs are protected and your wishes respected.

Personal service, wherever you are
Although I’m based in Polegate, East Sussex, most of my work is handled by phone, video call, post and email – so I can help you wherever you are in England or Wales. I still offer home visits locally when needed, and bring the same care and attention to every client, whether you’re nearby or further afield. Visitors to my office are welcome – the Eastbourne area is a great place to holiday within the South Downs!
